First Dimensions Course a great success

The first Dimensions of Yoga module finished in April. It was good to see everyone for the final weekend.

The feedback showed the effectiveness, and appreciation, of how the course fosters the development of a regular personal sadhana.

Looking forward to the new course starting in September. Some photos of most of the graduates below.

neti

The first Dimensions of Yoga Module is successfully underway with students completing the residential component at Rocklyn Yoga Ashram and now deep into their home practice and study. Participant feedback on this immersive new way of learning about the yoga tradition has been very promising and the future of the series is now assured. Module 2 will commence in September. More details soon. These modules are designed to be taken in any order so there is no barrier to commencing Module 2 first and completing Module 1 at a later date.

“Through shatkarma, purification of the body is achieved; through asanas, firmness, through pratyahara, patience is achieved. Through pranayama, agility or lightness is achieved; through meditation, self realisation; and through samadhi, non-involvement, or detachment, and, undoubtedly, liberation are achieved.”
