Sharing and Learning Yoga provide resources and courses to support the yoga seeker’s journey from yoga practice towards yoga sadhana and lifestyle.
These 12 week programs immerse the participant in personal yoga practice through a combination of a week long residential ashram stay followed by 11-12 weeks of supported home practice and study.
